Waiter & Barman Extraordinaire
With a contagious smile and a heart of gold, Louis brings charm and warmth to every meal. Fluent in Swahili, English, and French, he connects with guests from all corners of the world. Whether serving drinks or sharing a laugh, Louis is pure joy in human form.

Camp Manager with a Smile
Don’t let his youth fool you – Pascal comes with a wealth of experience managing camps and private residences. A natural leader and all-rounder, his friendliness, competence, and stunning smile keep the camp running smoothly and the team inspired.

from Wilderness to Wonder
Before Lala Camp stood nestled in the heart of the Serengeti, there was only open wilderness — raw, untouched, and alive. Building a camp here wasn’t easy. Every canvas wall, solar panel, and wooden beam had to be transported across vast plains, often by hand, with absolute care for the land we were entering. We worked in harmony with nature, not against it.
Our team respected the rhythms of the animals and the terrain, making sure that our presence would leave no trace.
Every decision — from where tents stand to how waste is handled — was made with the ecosystem in mind.
The result? A place that feels like it’s always belonged here. Lala isn’t just a camp — it’s a promise that luxury and sustainability can go hand in hand, even in the wild.
